Group Booking Confirmation

Terms & Conditions:

1. As per current COVID Public Health Order 2020 requirements, Ventuno accepts group bookings for significant events (corporate event, gatherings following weddings, religious and funeral/memorial services).

2. Upon receipt of this agreement, the credit card holder agrees to authorize Ventuno to charge $20 per person as per guest numbers selected, which will confirm any tentative group bookings of 11 or more guests.

3. Please email functions@ventuno.com.au if you need to cancel your booking. No cancellation fee applies if over 7 days notice given. If less than 7 days notice is given to cancel the entire booking, 50% of deposit is forfeited; In the event of your entire party not turning up on the day we will debit your card to the amount of $80 per person confirmed numbers.

4. Monday to Sunday – A gratuity charge of 10% applies to groups of 11 or more. This charge will be added to the final bill;

5. Public Holiday - A gratuity and surcharge of 12% will be added to the final bill;

6. In accordance to RSA regulations Ventuno reserves the right to refuse service to minors and any member of a party who is intoxicated or demonstrating aggressive behaviour;

7. Paying by debit, visa/mastercard/Amex incurs a 1.5% surcharge.

8. Please ensure any guest experiencing flu like symptoms to stay home and seek medical advice. Ventuno kindly and respectfully asks that by entering Ventuno premises, all guests understand and agree with the government enforced NSW COVID-19 trading performance – the right to refuse entry if guest/s display symptoms, and require to provide guest personal information such as full name and mobile or email. 

9. Ventuno Restaurant is located in a residential area and as such adheres to some noise restrictions. Please consider our neighbours and leave the premises in a quiet and orderly fashion
